Artichokes are a super-food in every sense of the word. The phytonutrients in artichokes provide potent antioxidant benefits, and a 2006 study conducted by the US Department of Agriculture and published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition showed that a serving of artichokes provides greater antioxidant benefits per serving than many other foods traditionally considered to be antioxidant-rich such as dark chocolate, blueberries and red win.

Beetroot
Beetroot is a dark red vegetable with an acquired test that has been linked with better stamina, improved blood flow and lower blood pressure. Avocados contain monounsaturated fatty acids, which are a good type of fat that can help you achieve greater detox results by ridding your body of unhealthy cholesterol. Avocados are sources of vitamins A, C, E, K and B-6. They also contain folate, niacin, potassium and magnesium. A study published in the "Nutrition Journal" in 2013 found that compared to people who didn't include avocados in their diets, avocado eaters had lower intakes of processed sugar and had healthier body compositions. Their risk of metabolic syndrome was reported to be 50 percent lower than those who didn't eat avocados.
